1 Rose Quartz Roller 

- Start from the base of your neck, and gently roll it
from your ears to your collarbones. Repeat this step
at least 3 times.
- From the center of your chin, gently drag the roller to
your hairline, then down to your collarbones. Do this
at least 3 times.
- Using the smaller roller, massage one side of your
nose up to the end of your brows near your inner lids.
- On your last roll, drag it down to the collarbones
again to clear up the lymph nodes.
- Repeat this process to the other side of your face.
- Lastly, roll from the center of the forehead towards
one side of your face. Once it reaches the hairline,
drag it down to the collarbones. Repeat this step at
least 3 times before proceeding to the other side.

Ideally, it can be used once or twice a day, in your morning or evening routine, or you may do both. A good 5-minute use can instantly bring results, but it’s safe to say that 10 minutes of rolling each time is enough.
